SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR OUR GUESTS
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 11:30a.m.on the arrival day; check-out time is fixed at 10:30 a.m. of the departure day.
PETS
Little size pets are accepted depending on apartment kind and availability,
AIR CONDITIONING
Each apartment is provided with a free of charge independent air conditioning system, controlled by the reception.
BATHROOM
Every bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and magnifying mirror is available on request. Change of bath-room towels takes place every day. We provide bathroom courtesy products but in case of things forgotten, at the reception you can also find shave-set, shower cap, etc.
CHILDREN
All children are welcome, and for their comfort we have beds, high chairs, pushchairs, car baby's chair, rucksacks, etc.
BAR
You can have your breakfast from 7:30 a.m. at Star Café just next to Star Residence. To order room service breakfast you can dial directly Star Café telephone number (011-4333127) or call the reception desk. Buffet breakfast or hot meals service in your room is available on request.
LINEN
All the apartments have bath linen replaced 6 times a week, table linen twice and bed linen once a week
BIKES
2 bikes are available for rental.
SAFE
A safe with electronic combination and guest personal code is provided in every apartment. For its proper use, please follow the instructions.
KITCHENETTE
Every kitchenette is equipped with electric stove and set of kitchenware, according to apartment occupancy. We provide daily tidying and cleaning service. We can also arrange dishwashing service on payment of 15,00 €/hour.
Other kitchen aids are available on request.
FAX
Incoming/outgoing fax service works 24 hours a day
INVOICING AND PAYMENT
Invoices are issued at guest arrival, by providing necessary data for invoice heading. Guests are kindly request to settle payment when receiving the invoice. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Visa Electron, CartaSi, JBC.
INTERNET
ADSL internet point available in the hall is free of charge. Each apartment is equipped with double telephone plug-in for modem analogical connection with report device of telephone units. In alternative, you can use an internal wireless fast network in optic fibres to connect your PC whenever you are at hourly, weekly or monthly tariff.

DRY CLEANING AND IRONING
Dry cleaning and ironing service works from Monday till Saturday. Guests are kindly requested to hang on bathroom door the appropriate bag with a three copy clothing list, 1 remaining to the guest and 2 for the reception. Laundry will be returned back within 2 working days
PARKING
Internal parking access is available on daily, weekly and monthly payment.
By night, park entrance is under control and possible only by calling the night porter. Both the parking entrance and courtyard are video-controlled.
POST AND OTHER SERVICES
Post service, purchase of stamps and postcards, wrapping of postal parcels, as well as purchase of Torino Card are all services available at the reception.
CLEANING
Cleaning service is supplied every morning from Monday till Saturday. In case you don't need cleaning service, you are kindly requested to hang the sign "Do not disturb" on the door or inform the reception.
RECEPTION
The reception is open 24 hours a day, all the year and its office service operates from 7:30 a.m. up to 9:00 p.m. every day. Our reception staff is at your complete disposal to assist you. During night, you can call night porter for any inconvenience.
HEATING
Central heating system is supplied according to fixed hours.
TELEPHONE
Each room is equipped with external direct dial, while all incoming calls pass through the reception. Please dial 0 for external dial and 9 for reception.
TV and VCR
By satellite TV colour is set on the most important foreign channels.
Video-recorders are available on request. |
